The owner, Pat, was one of the best landscapers I have worked with. I am always hesitant to hire out landscaping/yard work due to some bad experiences in the past. From the get-go he was very responsive and was very open to answering the questions I had about his service and my lawn in general - not something that is standard these days. He also provided great insight and recommendations to revamp my lawn which was outside the scope of the services he was going to provide. After I dethatched my lawn I realized many spots were going to need a re-seed instead of just an overseed. He said no problem on short notice and brought plenty of seed and fertilizer and was very reasonable in the adjustment to his original quote. He also uses top quality seed (Jonathan Green Black Beauty) which is a good indicator. I am planning to use Pat again next year to aerate and overseed and would recommend him to anyone looking for these services. Pat is hands down the best. He has done an excellent job multiple times aerating and overseeding my lawn in Lincoln, RI. He has also given great advice to maximize its effects with pre/post treatment care for the lawn, which has really worked to improve my lawn. He was on time and took the time to clean up the driveway and walkways after finishing his work. I am extremely pleased, even thrilled with the work done by Pat Burns of Mass Turf Aeration this week.  He was very fast, very through and considerate.  He did a wonderful job spreading and leveling two yards of loam, seeding and fertilizing.  He arranged the delivery, did the job and left everything clean. Patrick was great.  Aeration and over-seeding.   Responded and came out right away for a quote.  Explained the entire process and what should be done afterwards.  You can tell the extra details he takes care of.  Concentrating on bad areas and making sure plenty of seed.  Brand name companies don’t compare to his service. Used Mass Turf Aeration for aerating services prior to overseeding. They offer a very high quality service. I have had my lawn aerated many times before but never had it aerated so thoroughly and completely. They were able to get into nearly every area of my lawn with multiple passes in areas of need. When finished the entire lawn area had been opened up. Several of my neighbors have already asked about the service after seeing all the plugs.
They are very easy to work with and very responsive and able to answer any questions I had. They scheduled easily at a mutually convenient time and they arrived promptly and followed appropriate safety guidelines.
